Obsessed with the perfect fit
Since 2004 we’ve designed, built and installed more than 24,000 wardrobes across Australia — every one measured, made and fitted by our own team of 140 designers, makers and installers.
Sonada started in a single Sydney workshop with a simple frustration: flat-pack wardrobes never quite fit the room they were bought for. Gaps at the ceiling, filler panels at the walls, doors that stopped gliding within a year.
So we did it the slow way — measure every wall ourselves, cut every board to the millimetre, and install with our own crews rather than contractors. Twenty years later that’s still exactly how we work, just with better machinery and a lot more finishes to choose from.
Today a team of 140 designers, makers and installers builds everything in our Sydney and Melbourne workshops, and every piece still leaves with the same promise: if it doesn’t fit, we make it right.
